How do I buy tickets?
Either online or at the door. Online ticketing will be available closer to the 2016 Halloween season.

Look at the Schedule page for specific dates & hours of operation.
Do you sell out?
Yes! Zombie Contagion does sell out, so purchasing your reserved tickets online is crucial. Advance ticket holders are guaranteed entry in the event of a sellout.
Is Zombie Contagion open if it rains?
Yes! We are indoors and open rain or shine.
Are bathrooms available?
The Peninsula Town Center will have public restrooms open during operating times.
Do I have to buy tickets for a specific date and time?
No, not exactly. Tickets purchased online can be redeemed either from 10/3/14 – 10/24/14 or from 10/30/14 – 10/31/14. Also, tickets purchased online can be taken directly to the Box Office Will Call/Online Ticket window. That means less waiting for you!
Does Zombie Contagion accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
Are the zombies allowed to touch you?
The actors will not touch you however, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props. You may also come into contact with some of the sets.
Are there any age restrictions?
This attraction is recommended for guests 13 and up. Parental discretion is advised.
Guests 15 years and under MUST be accompanied by a paid adult (18 & over).
Is Zombie Contagion wheelchair accessible?
Wheelchairs are welcome, however no strollers allowed.
Is there a lot of smoke in the haunted house?
We use fog machines. Should you find the smoke or odors too intense there are emergency exits throughout the attraction.
Are there strobe lights?
Yes.
Can I go in if I'm pregnant?
Zombie Contagion is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart or lung conditions or are in general poor health.
Once we've used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
No. A new ticket is required for each visit.
Does your attraction have security?
Zombie Contagion employs a fully trained security staff to keep things running smoothly. The premises and customers are also under constant video surveillance.
Can we be thrown out?
Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. The first violation of these rules will result in you leaving without a refund.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
NO! And they are not allowed on the property, so please do not bring any.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed only in the parking lot and in the line outside of the building. Smoking is NOT allowed indoors.
Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
NO photography of any sort is allowed inside the haunts; however, the monsters working outside will quite often pose for pictures.
What can't we bring with us inside your haunted houses?
No weapons, pets, alcoholic beverages, cameras, flashlights, strollers, or laser pointers!
